Adetutu Ijose worked for many years in the IT and financial sector. Deluded by the general belief that the computer environment was relatively "harmless", Ijose would dismiss the symptoms of tiredness and fatigue she experienced while working on  her computer, unaware of the damage that slowly affected  her body, as well as  her brain. The compounding effects of "computer burnout" began creating a host of medical challenges that would eventually prevent her from performing normal job duties.     She is now back to computer use and wants to get everyone educated on this subject so they do not become damaged or be forced to give up their profession as she was. It is possible to be a healthy computer operator but you must learn and put in place all that is required to make that happen.

What you will Learn

These books are intended to be a health and nutrition guide for regular computer users and Information Technology (IT) professionals. What they will do is provide a pointer to help people understand what is happening to them as they use the computer. The understanding gained will assist individuals to identify the various behavioral and health related changes that are going on in their lives as a result of the effect of computer related activities on the brain, nerves, muscles and various organs of their bodies. These effects are the consequence of the unnatural nature of the computer use environment to our bodies. We were not created for example to look directly at a source of light. We do that when using the computer. Even looking through a tinted glass at a source of light is unnatural.

The books will assist in pointing individuals in a direction that will hopefully allow them to find out what works for each individual. It could also assist in communicating during the individual’s discussions with their physician and consequently avoiding misdiagnosis.  I am in this book, trying to shed light on the health problems that I have discovered the hard way because no one told me and to assist others to continue to use this indispensable tool called the computer in a way to ensure it can be a long term blessing and not a curse.
